Qu’en est-il de la situation de la RDC qui est un pays à caractère patriarcale ou phallocratique ? A travers cet article, nous allons analyser la vie de quelques femmes qui par leurs actions attestent ou non l’existence du leadership féminin dans ce pays. Il s’agit d’un échantillon de trois figures féminines congolaises ( Kimpa Vita, Tumba Shaumba et Olangi Wosho), qui ont toutes évolué dans le domaine religieux, à part Kimpa Vita qui était engagée en politique. So the changing process requires first the prevention by elaborating a public policy with a multisector impact. But many times reaction is applied instead of preventing to avoid gangsters among young in the city of Kinshasa by the public managers. In this article, we give some prerequisites for the elaboration of a multisector public policy and the praxis, concerning legal authorities and the Christian social workers through the churches and other Christian social organizations which are called to work in the sense of a contextual mission, and deal with spiritually in addition to the psycho-sociological questions. Essai d’un nouveau modèle.(2021-09-26) Moleka, Pitshou, BasikabioItem Shalom Educational Model and the Paradigm Shift in the Social Work Training in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)(2021-09-20) Moleka, Pitshou, BasikabioSocial work is a discipline that was introduced into an academic curriculum in the DRC not long ago. It is with the repetition of the phenomena of urban banditry and that of street children that the various stakeholders have thought of training professionals in this field. But is said training effective and appropriate? In this article, I examine through a sample the academic curriculum in the DRC and propose avenues’ starting from the biblical model of shalom, which is a four-dimensional model, responding to contextual and spiritual needs. The article contains seven parts: the first point will be the introduction, in the second point there will be a brief contextual presentation of DR Congo, the third point is about the method used in this article, the fourth point will be the sample of social work curricula, the fifth point will be analysis and assessment of this curricula, in the sixth point I will show the implications of shalom model in the social work training and the last point will be the conclusion.Item The mission of the Church in the face of socio-political challenges in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)(2022-02-18) Moleka, Pitshou, BasikabioThe Church has a plural mission for the holistic transformation of man and his society. However, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a multi-crisis country, churches are not participating in socio-political mission, owing to a limited understanding of this holistic concept. What are the many dimensions of the missio Dei? What are the various sorts of churches in the Democratic Republic of Congo in terms of social engagement? How can the Church play a sociopolitical role in the Democratic Republic of Congo? These are the main ideas of this post, which tries to motivate the Church to take action and bring about comprehensive change because that is its mission.
