dc.description | This paper presents a new physical explanation for the observer effect, one of the deepest paradoxes in quantum mechanics. It hypothesizes that the collapse of the wave function in the double-slit experiment is not caused by the measurement apparatus, but by a physical information field (the Φ-field) generated by the conscious intent of the observer. This concept, termed "Bio-Gravimetry," is derived from the broader Helix-Light-Vortex (HLV) theory and proposes a testable, causal mechanism linking consciousness directly to quantum events.
